Sexuality Counseling
You deserve to feel at home in your body
Education-based sexuality counseling for women — helping you understand your desires, build body confidence, and reclaim a more fulfilling intimate life.
You know something is missing. Maybe intimacy feels like a source of stress rather than joy. Maybe you've lost touch with your own desire, or you've never fully felt connected to your body to begin with. You don't need to keep pushing through — and you don't have to figure it out alone.
Whether you're coming in with a specific question, a quiet longing for something to feel different, or simply a desire to understand your body more deeply, you are in the right place.
When Your Body Feels Like a Mystery
Low libido. Disconnection during intimacy. Performance anxiety that shows up right when you want to feel present. A quiet sense that something isn't quite right — but no one has ever given you the space or tools to understand why.
Most women have never been taught how to listen to their bodies, understand their desires, or ask for what they need. The healthcare system rarely makes room for these conversations. And so the questions go unasked, and the disconnection quietly grows.
You shouldn't have to fight to be heard — or to feel whole.

Imagine Feeling Truly at Home in Your Body
Imagine moving through your intimate life with confidence instead of anxiety. Understanding your desires instead of questioning them. Feeling present, connected, and free — not performing, not pushing through, but genuinely at ease.
That's what's possible. Clients who work with Dr. Ashley leave sessions with greater body awareness, renewed confidence, and practical tools they can use in real life. The journey continues long after each session — through gentle reflective practices, educational resources, and a growing sense of connection to yourself.
This is not about achieving a specific outcome or reaching some external ideal. It's about building a sustainable, evolving relationship with your own body — one that belongs entirely to you.
